The challenge
Habitat’s website used to be disjointed. Users were unable to navigate to different branches without being redirected off the website completely.
What we did
Tin Soldier designed a navigation that held all the Habitat branches and ReStores to sit within the main Habitat site, but continue to be managed separately.
Additionally, we streamlined the online donation process by working with the client to design a flow that made it easier for donors to set up one-off or regular donations and control where it was distributed.
The results
Users finally got a unified experience of the organisation and were easily able to make donations and get in touch with branches all across the country.
