The Challenge
Vaper Empire is a leading global online retailer offering an unparalleled range of e-cigarette designs, vape accessories and e-liquid flavours.
The company had been operating its online store on Magento 1. As a long-term digital partner, the Vaper Empire team asked us to upgrade its store to Magento 2.
What we did
Vaper Empire needed a flexible, scalable solution to support future growth which required a complete site redesign. Utilising Magento 2’s powerful ecommerce capabilities, we developed and delivered a clean, simple solution that elevated the Vaper brand.
Improving the UX, especially for mobile users was a major part of the project. We created a mobile first design, stripping back the layout to reveal a clean and sleek design.
The new site seamlessly integrates with POS and inventory management systems – allowing our client to deliver orders on time and with enhanced shipment options.
We used Magento’s product attributes to enrich product content. Customised product bundles and kits were implemented to enable customers to add complementary products and accessories for a more flexible and intuitive shopping experience, while providing a compelling way to upsell and cross sell.
The Results
The website launched in July 2021, and to date the results have been exceptional.
